Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in concrete work or construction labor.
• Physical strength and endurance to lift up to 100 pounds and perform demanding tasks.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background checks are conducted.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces.
• Set up and dismantle concrete forms and molds.
• Prepare construction sites, ensuring areas are clean and debris-free.
• Operate and maintain concrete tools and equipment.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA requirements on job sites.
• Work in varying weather conditions and perform other labor tasks as needed.
