Qualifications

• 3-5 years verifiable concrete finishing experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and follow safety policies.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to stay standing/bending for long periods.
• Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Level and smooth edges and finishing surfaces of concrete structures.
• Repair rough or defective areas with cementitious products.
• Grouts and plugs surfaces, including dry packaging.
• Install and finish epoxy compounds on concrete surfaces using hand/power tools.
