• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Finish and smooth surfaces of poured concrete, ensuring high quality finishes.
• Work with tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds to achieve desired textures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for project requirements.
• Mix and pour concrete according to project specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Inspect finished work for quality and compliance with standards.
• Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.
