This role requires reliability, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather. Competitive pay is offered based on experience, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial construction projects.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces.
• Screed, float, edge, and trowel concrete.
• Install forms and assist with reinforcing steel as needed.
• Apply curing compounds and surface finishes.
• Repair and patch existing concrete.
• Read and follow project plans and supervisor instructions.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies.
