Construction Specialist

We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team. Whether you have experience or are looking to get your start in the construction industry, we provide the training, support, and opportunities to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Placing and finishing concrete
• Setting and stripping forms
• Performing basic carpentry and layout
• Installing rebar and reinforcement
• Operating tools and equipment
• Assisting with site prep and cleanup
• Following all job site safety procedures

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to different job locations as needed
• Experience in construction or concrete is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Excellent physical condition to perform the manual labor required.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Team player with a positive attitude
