Job summary

Gregory Construction in Odessa, TX is seeking motivated laborers to join our team. You’ll assist with placing, finishing, and curing concrete, load equipment, and help keep job sites safe and organized. This is full-time work with potential for advancement and skills development on various civil, industrial, and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with placing, finishing, and curing concrete.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment as needed.
• Help prep job sites, including form cleaning, staging materials, and cleanup.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
• Support finishers, carpenters, and other crew members as needed.
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety rules and speak up if something isn’t right.
• Report any safety issues, incidents, or quality concerns to your foreman.
