PCM Services is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. You will finish concrete on new construction and repair projects, ensuring quality, safety, and appearance.

Requirements include 2+ years of experience and the ability to read blueprints. You will operate hand and power tools, set forms, and collaborate with teammates to meet schedule and specifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete surfaces.
• Apply curing compounds, sealers, and surface treatments as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds.
• Set and align forms for sidewalks, curbs, floors, and other concrete structures.
• Repair, patch, and resurface existing concrete.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and to specification.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
