Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with carpentry, forming, and general construction tasks as needed.
• Apply sealants, caulking, and protective materials to finished surfaces.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support the team with material handling, equipment operation, and other jobsite duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and care of tools and equipment.
