Job summary

R&D Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced concrete finisher capable of reading plans, grading, forming and finishing concrete surfaces. The role may advance to crew leadership and requires experience with small tractors and dump trucks.

Spanish language ability is a plus on site. We have been in the concrete and hardscape business for 30 years, covering walls, patios, foundations, outdoor kitchens and related features.

Qualifications

• Experienced concrete finisher with ability to read plans.
• Proficient in grading, forming and finishing concrete surfaces.
• Valid driver’s license; experience with small tractors and dump trucks is a plus.
• Spanish is a plus for communication on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project plans.
• Grade and level forms for concrete placements.
• Form and finish concrete surfaces to specified tolerances.
• Operate small tractors and dump trucks as needed on site.
• Potential to assume crew-leader responsibilities when required.

We install all hardscapes including walls, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, etc.
