Ōnin Staffing is seeking a Concrete Finisher to place, finish, and repair concrete surfaces on various construction projects. You will prepare surfaces, set forms, and use hand and power tools to ensure a smooth, level, and high-quality finish.

The role requires working outdoors, following specifications, and maintaining safety on site. Responsibilities include finishing concrete, aligning forms, applying sealants, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: Prior experience in concrete finishing or construction preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and measurements.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Work Environment: Outdoor construction sites; exposure to weather, heavy equipment, and physical labor; requires standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive motion.
