Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in an estimating role, preferably within commercial concrete construction including foundations, paving, flat work, slope paving, tilt walls, retaining walls, and base prep.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret complex civil engineering plans and specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

You will also play a pivotal role in the sales process through client relationship management.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure the transition from "estimated" to "built" is seamless.
• Sales: Manage client relationships, follow up on bids, and move business forward.

Requirements:

• 5+ years esperience in an estimating role, preferably within commercial concrete construction, including foundations, paving, flat work, slope paving, tilt walls, retaining walls, and base prep.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam or similar) and Excel
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to read and interpret complex civil engineering plans and specifications.
• Preferred Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
