Job summary

Dolese Bros Co. is seeking a Concrete Delivery Professional to drive and deliver concrete to industrial, commercial, and residential sites in a safe, efficient manner in accordance with DOT and company rules.

The role requires maintaining logs, performing inspections, and supporting team training. Candidates must hold a Class A or B CDL, maintain a clean driving record, and be willing to work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A or Class B CDL license.
• Must have a clean and safe driving record.
• Ability to maintain an active DOT qualification.
• Willingness to work nights, overtime, and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive a ready-mix truck safely in compliance with DOT and Dolese rules.
• Perform weekly maintenance, inspections, fueling, cleaning, and checks on the vehicle.
• Maintain a DOT Daily Log Book and complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Inspect concrete consistency visually and use equipment responsibly at the job site.
• Assist in training coworkers and communicate hazards effectively.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and reliability at all times.
