Job summary

Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida is seeking motivated Concrete Delivery Professionals to join our Ready-Mix Concrete Plants across Florida. You will operate mixer trucks, attach chutes, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety and customer service excellence.

We offer a competitive hourly rate with overtime, comprehensive benefits, and a family-oriented culture. Expect six-day work weeks with nightly home time at our Florida locations.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B, required.
• Driving record that meets company standard.
• Able to work 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday; Home Nightly!
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, dispatch and fellow Team Members while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Mixer truck to efficiently deliver concrete products to customers' job sites.
• Attach chutes and operate concrete discharge.
• Monitor drum conditions to ensure concrete product meets customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
