Maschmeyer Concrete Company is looking for motivated Concrete Delivery Professionals to join our teams at Ready-Mix Concrete Plants in Florida. The role requires a valid CDL Class A or B and involves safely operating a Mixer truck to deliver concrete. Experience in the industry is preferred but not required.

Maschmeyer Concrete is seeking highly motivated, dependable Concrete Delivery Professionals to join our teams at Ready‑Mix Concrete Plants in major cities throughout Florida. Prior experience in the ready‑mix concrete and/or construction industry is preferred but not required.

Requirements, Skills, and Responsibilities

• Valid CDL Class A or B (required), with driving record that meets company standards
• Safely operate a Mixer truck to efficiently deliver concrete products to customers' job sites
• Attach chutes and operate concrete discharge
• Monitor drum conditions to ensure concrete product meets customer specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
• Able to work 6 days a week, Monday–Saturday; Home nightly
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and fellow team members while providing excellent customer service
