Job summary

BARD Materials in Monroe, WI is seeking Material Delivery Professionals (MDPs) to deliver aggregate and ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.

You will operate trucks safely, perform pre/post trip inspections, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries while upholding BARD’s commitment to safety and quality. A valid CDL (Class A or B) and a DOT medical card are required, with willingness to work Saturdays when needed.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B required.
• Valid state driver license.
• DOT physical annually with valid Medical Card.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Willing to work Monday through Saturday as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador for BARD.
• Safely operate a truck in accordance with all regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Deliver concrete to job sites and verify orders.
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely service.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and report issues.
• Complete required paperwork promptly.
• Identify hazardous conditions at work sites.
