Advance Concrete, LLC is seeking Concrete Cutting Operators for our Concrete Cutting & Demolition Division. Join a dependable, hardworking team to operate core drill, flat saw, and wall saw across our projects and help ensure quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in concrete cutting or demolition, can work Monday–Friday with some weekends, and are able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Safety is a top priority on all sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in concrete cutting, core drilling, or demolition.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, with some weekends, 8+ hours in challenging weather conditions.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Safety-minded and dependable.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate a core drill, flat saw, and wall saw.
• Proficient use of hand and power tools.
• Perform duties and tool operation in compliance with OSHA rules.
• Inspect and perform simple maintenance of equipment.
• Operate forklift, manlift, and/or skid steer (a plus).

Key Responsibilities

• Ideal candidates are comfortable operating a core drill, flat saw, and wall saw.
• Must be proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
