Job summary

A-Core Concrete Specialists is looking for skilled workers in Colorado Springs for concrete cutting and core drilling projects. Successful candidates will need to have a valid driver’s license and pass a drug screen. This role offers full medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days, as well as a 401(k) plan with a company match.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate 3-5 years of concrete cutting experience, manage workflow effectively, and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical is required.
• Experience in concrete cutting preferred.

Details

• Perform a variety of concrete cutting and core drilling projects.
• Maintain equipment and ensure that all tools are being used safely.
• Complete all preparation and clean up responsibilities before and after project completion.

Requirements

• Drug screen (Required)
• Valid driver’s license (Required)
• Ability to pass a DOT physical (Required)
• 3‑5 years of concrete cutting experience (Preferred)
• Maintain a positive and responsible work environment
• Ability to follow processes, be organized and punctual
• Motivated self‑starter who can also work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Operate, or be willing to learn to operate wall saws, core drills, flat saws, hand tools, and power tools.
• Maintain equipment and ensure that all tools are being used safely.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Manage workflow to meet changing priorities.
• Effectively use the daily documentation software.
