Job summary

LANDMARK PAVING LLC is hiring a dependable Concrete Crew Laborer to support pouring, leveling, finishing and curing concrete for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This hands-on role requires safety awareness, accuracy, and a strong work ethic.

You will assist with site prep, load materials, operate tools, maintain a clean site, and follow supervisor directions. Must be at least 18, able to lift 50+ lbs, and willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or concrete work preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet in varying weather.
• Comfortable working with power tools, hand tools, and machinery.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and ability to follow directions.
• Valid Drivers License preferred.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms.
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites.
• Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.
• Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area.
• Help pour and spread wet concrete.
• Collects and cleans concrete tools when the job is completed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors.

This is a hands‑on, physical job requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities -

• Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites
• Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.
• Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area.
• Helps to pour and spread wet concrete.
• Collects and cleans concrete tools when the job is completed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors
