Job summary

API Concrete Core Drilling is seeking an experienced GPR Scanner to operate GSSI equipment for construction projects in the Sterling, VA area. The role includes labor support for drilling and sawing operations and requires adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating GSSI equipment or similar ground-penetrating radar tools.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures on construction sites.
• Willingness to work long hours including nights/weekends as required by project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Act as helper/safety spotter to support drilling/sawing operations.
• Mobilize, set up, and demobilize drilling/sawing equipment.
• Maintain site cleanliness and remove debris after activities.
• Adhere strictly to construction safety requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license with clean record; may operate company vehicle.
• Lift and carry equipment/debris up to 50 pounds, move up to 75 pounds.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces as needed.
• Complete online training and pass background checks.
