The Construction Intern supports both the planning and execution phases of concrete construction projects, gaining hands‑on experience in formwork design, project estimating, scheduling, and safety tracking. Working alongside project teams, the intern helps resolve design challenges, coordinate materials and resources, and prepare proposals and quantity takeoffs, while also contributing to special assignments and broader project needs.
This internship is designed as a one-on-one learning experience. By working with engineers, managers, and field teams, you’ll see firsthand how classroom knowledge translates into real-world application. The goal is for you to complete this internship with practical skills, greater confidence, and a clearer direction for your career in construction.
An hourly range for the position is $25.00 - $27.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
