Lithko Contracting invites aspiring engineers to join its Concrete Construction Intern program on-site for approximately 12 weeks, gaining hands-on experience under guided mentorship. You'll rotate through phases of work and learn safety, quality, and project execution on real projects.
Successful interns often transition to roles such as Project Engineer after graduation, with dedicated campus support and mentorship to help you develop core construction skills on-site.

As a Concrete Construction Intern, you'll spend approximately 12 weeks learning the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site. Your dedicated manager and mentors are invested in your success as you are introduced to various phases of work. Through our integration (training) program, you have the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills that will be applicable inside and outside of the classroom.
