Job summary

Guardian Garage Floors in Ocala, FL is seeking installers for concrete flooring systems on customer sites. The roles include preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and delivering high-quality finishes.This is a hands-on, team-focused position with paid on-the-job training, paid vacation, holidays, and overtime eligibility. Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Some alternate shifts may be required; nights and/or weekends may be necessary.
• Must have a valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).

Responsibilities

• Load & unload materials & equipment as needed.
• Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.
• Apply concrete coatings.
• Communicate with customers & other personnel.
• Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.
• Maintain equipment, truck, PPE and materials needed to perform job.
