Job summary

Black Diamond Concrete Coatings in Wisconsin is seeking a motivated, dependable team member to join our growing crew. You will operate concrete grinders and surface prep equipment and install premium epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic coating systems on commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities include performing concrete repairs, maintaining clean, organized job sites, and delivering craftsmanship on every project.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Motivated, self-driven, and dependable.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality—not quantity.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Construction or concrete coating experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
