Job summary

Quality Labor Management (QLM) seeks experienced Concrete Carpenters/Finishers for a Milton, FL project. Candidates will have hands-on experience with concrete formwork, pouring, finishing, and general construction on commercial or industrial sites.

Must work safely around heavy equipment, follow OSHA standards, and lift up to 50 lbs. OSHA 10 is a plus. Pay is $22.00/hour with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Concrete Carpenter, Finisher or Form Carpenter required.
• Experience with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to operate finishing tools and basic carpentry equipment.
• Knowledge of construction measurements and layout procedures.
• Physically demanding outdoor work; ability to lift ~50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build, install, align, and remove concrete forms for foundations, slabs, walls.
• Measure, cut, and assemble forming materials per specs.
• Assist with pouring, spreading, leveling, and finishing concrete.
• Use hand and power tools: floats, trowels, screeds, finishing equipment.
• Perform concrete finishing to achieve smooth, level surfaces.
• Install reinforcing materials like rebar and wire mesh.
• Read basic drawings, measurements, and layout instructions.
• Repair concrete imperfections and touch-ups.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
• Work with supervisors and crew members.
• Follow OSHA safety standards.
• Perform additional construction duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and dependable Concrete Carpenters / Finishers for a construction project in Milton, Florida. Qualified candidates must have hands‑on experience with concrete formwork, pouring, finishing, and general construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of concrete construction techniques, the ability to work safely around heavy equipment, and experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects.

Pay Range

$22.00 per hour

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a Concrete Carpenter, Concrete Finisher, or Form Carpenter required.
• Experience with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to operate concrete finishing tools and basic carpentry equipment.
• Knowledge of construction measurements and layout procedures.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and standing.
• Reliable transportation to the jobsite in Milton, FL.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
