Job summary

Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida is seeking highly motivated Block Plant Laborers to join our production teams at our concrete block plants across Florida. This role requires reliable workers to operate in a fast-paced, 24-hour production environment.

You will perform line inspections, remove defects, rotate blocks for palletizing, and help keep the plant clean while working six days a week on any shift. Availability for all shifts and a strong work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Block on the line for defects
• Remove defective Block from the line
• Rotate Block on the line for palletizing
• Cleaning within and around the plant

Block Plant Laborers Tasks & Responsibilites

• Inspect Block on the line for defects
• Remove defective Block from the line
• Rotate Block on the line for palletizing
• Cleaning within and around the plant
• Able to work six days a week, Monday-Saturday
• Able to work any shift in a 24-hour production facility; shift assignment will rotate throughout the year.
