Job summary

Suncore Construction and Materials in Caldwell, Idaho is hiring a Concrete Batcher to produce quality ready-mix concrete. You’ll receive hands-on training, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities to grow with the team.

Responsibilities include batching safely and efficiently, loading mixers, tracking inventory, and communicating with Dispatch and the Plant Manager to keep production on track. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer skills.
• General knowledge of concrete.
• Basic knowledge of heavy equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic understanding of industrial plant operations.

Things You’ll Do

• Batch ready-mix concrete safely, efficiently, and accurately.




• Load mixers and coordinate material deliveries.




• Order, monitor, and track plant inventory. Sign vendor delivery invoices upon receipt of materials and after each load.




• Immediately notify Dispatch and the Plant Manager of any issues that could affect production.




• Inspect and maintain belts and equipment, and submit weekly activity reports.
