Qualifications

• Willingness to perform construction labor tasks and follow safety rules.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads construction supplies to and from flatbeds manually and with equipment.
• Prepares construction site by setting up signs, cones, and materials; breaks down site at job end.
• Prepares patches to required depth; hand digs for locates and operates jackhammer when necessary.
• Operates a variety of equipment including hand and power tools, roller, backhoe, etc.
• Performs flagging duties as needed.
• Follows safety rules and wears PPE.
• Measures and lines out area for paving jobs and helps for asphalt tasks.
• Rakes, sweeps, rolls, inspects asphalt and repeats; assists screed operator.
• Prepares concrete pour site, backfills, and ensures proper finishing; cleans up after job.
