At Cedarbrook Senior Living, we work hard every day to find out what “Celebrating Life Every Day!” means to our residents and their families, then we help them achieve these goals. We are seeking a dynamic part-time Concierge/Valet for our Bloomfield Hills community.

Responsibilities

1. Promptly greet residents, visitors, family members, guests, and all others entering the community.
2. Manage external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages.
3. Serve as a backup for Sales and Marketing inquiry calls.
4. Assist residents with scheduling personal transportation services in conjunction with the Activities Director.
5. Submit work order requests to the Maintenance department on behalf of residents, team members, and guests.
6. Assist with making reservations for residents for various community events.
7. Assist Activities department with running resident programming on weekends.
8. Monitor emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours.

Valet Responsibilities

1. Open vehicle doors for guests and ensure their safety when exiting their vehicles.
2. Aid in removal of luggage and personal belongings.
3. Drive vehicles to designated areas while following all traffic laws, safely park and lock vehicles, and ensure damage does not occur.
4. Record parking spots.
5. Place guest's keys in a secure location with guest's information attached.
6. Retrieve vehicles in a timely manner when guests are ready to depart.
7. Manage traffic in the valet area to ensure smooth flow and avoid congestion.
8. Help guests secure taxis or other modes of transportation.
9. Provide guests with information about the community.
