Job summary

Blakehurst is a Life Plan Community in Towson, MD seeking a Part-Time Concierge (Valet). The role focuses on assisting residents and guests, handling deliveries, and providing hospitality in a service-forward environment.

Responsibilities include assisting residents, handling vehicles, and supporting the front desk as needed. Candidates should be able to move 25-40 pounds, have a valid driver’s license, and maintain a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Typing and experience with computers and other business machines required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers packages, flowers, prescriptions, etc. to residents’ apartments and other departments.
• Assists residents and guests arriving and departing from the Community.
• Serve as back-up for the receptionist as necessary.
• Parks and retrieves resident & visitor vehicles upon request.
• Performs other services for residents upon request.
• Performs clerical tasks including making photocopies, sending fax, etc.

Schedule: 4:30pm-8:00pm (Every Tues and Thursday) & 11am-6pm (Every other Saturday)

Pay: $15.75 - $17.75
