Job summary

Velocity Black, now part of Capital One UK, is seeking a Concierge Specialist to deliver high‑value service for members. You will coordinate with restaurants, vendors, and internal teams, presenting the product interface and overview of memberships to clients.

The role requires luxury concierge or hospitality background, a 'Yes first' approach, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a remote UK setting.

What you’ll do

• Communicating with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver great service across dining, experiences and retail.
• Liaising with every part of the business to ensure a swift and effective resolution process and effective handling of member issues
• Communication with members, giving them a demonstration of the product interface and an overview of the membership
• Completing end-to-end member requests

This is a permanent, remote position. Please note, to be eligible to apply to this role, you must reside in the UK.
