GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Pismo Beach, CA. You will monitor security systems, document incidents, and conduct patrols to protect people and property.

This role offers a set schedule of 17 hours per week (Wed–Fri 3:30 PM–7:30 PM, Sat 3:30 PM–8:30 PM) with a competitive wage of $19/hour, benefits, uniform provided, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Hold a BSIS Guard Card and complete 32 hours of BSIS security trainings
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and ability to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
