Qualifications

• One year of security experience required.
• State security license and 32hr BSIS trainings required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must include up-to-date security resume.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns.
• Ensure safety of individuals and property.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: San Jose, CA
• Set schedule: Full-time / Saturday / Sunday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Monday / Tuesday, 11:00pm - 7:00am

Qualifications for Concierge Security Officer - Museum

• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• MUST have one year of security experience
• Be comfortable working around children of all age
• This is not a stationary post
