Ideal candidates show exceptional customer service, basic phone/computer skills, and authorization to work in the U.S.; HS diploma or GED is required, with a screening process to pass.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols and identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property
