GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Ambassador in Lawrence, KS. The role centers on customer service while managing access, assisting guests, and patrolling facilities such as office towers and malls.

The position offers shift work (3rd shift, Thu-Sun, 12:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m.) at a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, military or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, verify identity and guide guests
• Control access points and monitor entry
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer inquiries in person or by phone and document incidents
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate concerns
• Ensure the safety of people and property at the site

As a Security Ambassador – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Set schedule: Full-time, Thursday, through Sunday, 3rd shift, 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
