GardaWorld Security is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Davenport, IA. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service as you greet visitors, verify identities, manage access, and accompany patrols to deter risks.

Full-time, 2nd shift (2 p.m. – 10 p.m.) with a competitive $20/hour wage and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and life insurance. GardaWorld provides uniform and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to obtain/maintain an Iowa security license with GardaWorld assistance

Responsabilités

• Welcome visitors, verify identities, and guide visitors
• Manage access control procedures
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns
• Ensure safety of people and property
