The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to pass an extensive screening, and authorization to work in the United States. Uniform is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Be able to ace and pass an extensive screening process.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and verifying identity; guiding visitors.
• Manage access control and escort duties as needed.
• Perform regular security patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone; write incident reports.
