Responsibilities

• Conduct routine building and property patrols.
• Maintain attentiveness and situational awareness.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and safety concerns.

• Provide professional concierge service to tenants, clients and visitors.
• Document and report incidents accurately.
• Complete and submit daily activity reports.
• Follow site-specific post orders and security procedures.
