GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Louisville, KY. This full-time, 3rd shift role (10 p.m.–6 a.m.) focuses on customer service, access control, and vigilant protection of people and property.

You will engage with visitors, manage entry procedures, and perform routine patrols across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. A background-friendly, dedicated team awaits you.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass an extensive screening.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• High school diploma or GED required; state license if required.
• Ability to verify identity and manage access control accurately.
• Basic phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and verify identity at entry points.
• Manage access control and monitor surveillance as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write clear incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety of people and property on site.
