GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Tooele, UT. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service while performing security duties in offices, hotels, and retail environments.

Responsibilities include access control, visitor guidance, and patrols. The position offers a grave shift (11:00pm–7:00am), full-time hours, uniform provided, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• State license if required.
• Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting visitors, verifying identity, and directing them appropriately.
• Manage access control and monitor entrances/exits.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks and report findings.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer inquiries in person or by phone and document interactions.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns to supervisors.
• Ensure the safety and protection of people and property.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/wk), Monday-Friday 11:00pm-7:00am (Grave shift)

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Can not have been employed with Cabella's/ Bass Pro within last 5 years
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
