GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a friendly and professional Concierge Security Officer in Palmyra, PA. You will deliver standout customer service while controlling access and assisting visitors.

This full-time role runs 12:00am–8:00am, Sunday through Wednesday, with an hourly wage of $18.54 and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching, and DailyPay availability.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
