Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Bowling Green, KY. You will greet visitors, verify identities, control access, and patrol premises to deter risks while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and readiness for screening processes; prior security or law enforcement experience is a plus. Uniforms are provided and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols and identify risks

• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property

• Schedule # 1: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st Shift, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.


• Schedule # 2: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 2nd Shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.


• Schedule # 3: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.


• Competitive hourly wage of $16.71 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.


• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED


• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process


• Exceptional customer service skills


• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills


• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!


• You have a state license if required
