Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to use EKG, spirometer, Hemocue and pulse oximeter.
• Basic knowledge of medication policy and procedure; effective assessment skills for triage and patient care.
• Ability to assist physician with outpatient office procedures; strong patient-centered focus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to establish and maintain relationships with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care at RSF Health Care sites as assigned using approved protocols.
• Facilitate timely communication of clinical advice to patients by electronic means or phone.
• Ensure all necessary medical records are accessible to care teams prior to patient visits.
• Coordinate with team members to deliver exceptional patient service.
• RN will receive training on the Electronic Health Record system (EHR).
