Job summary

Burick Center for Health & Wellness is seeking a Registered Nurse with interest in functional and integrative medicine to support and grow BHRT, longevity weight-loss, and peptide therapy programs in Mechanicsburg, PA. Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license as a Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner in good standing.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred for PA and NP candidates.
• Documented coursework or clinical experience in functional or integrative medicine.
• Experience with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and GLP-1 weight-loss management is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake, follow-up, and titration visits for hormone replacement, weight-loss, and peptide therapies under physician supervision and standing orders.
• Coordinate quarterly metabolic monitoring labs and hormone labs as appropriate for each program.
• Educate patients on protocol expectations, medication use, nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, and stress.
• Support pellet insertion, injections, and other in-office procedures within licensure and competency.
• Prepare and administer peptide therapies with proper reconstitution, storage, sterile technique, and patient education.
• Monitor and manage side effects, plateaus, and safety red flags; escalate to supervising physician as needed.
• Maintain Athena documentation and ensure complete baseline data and education topics are tracked.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and patient experience enhancements.
