Job summary

Cheer Home Care, LLC is actively hiring a Concierge Registered Nurse to provide in-home care in La Jolla and North San Diego County. The role offers 12 hour day shifts and hourly pay ranges from $45 to $80 based on experience.

The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and ensure high-quality care for older adults. Responsibilities include client assessments, education for clients and families, chronic care management, creating goals and care

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted California registered nurse license.
• 3 years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Proof of Negative TB result.
• Active California Driver's license and car insurance.
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year.
