The opportunity provides smaller patient panels, extended visit times, and strong operational support to deliver high-quality, relationship-driven care.

Responsibilities include managing a dedicated patient panel, conducting in-depth consultations, and developing long-term care plans.

Qualifications

• MD with residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Minimum 5+ years of post-residency clinical experience preferred.
• Active or eligible for state medical licensure.
• Strong interest in preventive, longevity, and patient-centered care.
• Comfortable leveraging technology and data-driven healthcare tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated patient panel with a focus on personalized, preventive care
• Conduct extended, in-depth patient consultations and assessments
• Develop individualized care plans centered on long-term health and wellness
• Utilize advanced diagnostics, testing, and health data to guide treatment decisions
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on care protocols and best practices
