Job summary

Gradient Financial Group seeks a detail-oriented, service-driven professional to provide concierge-level support to Financial Services Professionals from application through policy issue and servicing.

You will partner with advisors, agents, carriers, and marketers to move new business and policy servicing processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role combines client interaction with administrative excellence and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior insurance or clerical experience preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate information clearly to others.
• Attention to detail in completing assignments accurately and managing multiple programs.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Provide white glove, concierge level service for Financial Services Professionals.
• Build and enrich relationships with Financial Services Professionals and marketers.
• Respond to inquiries via calls, emails and in-person meetings.
• Serve as a dedicated resource for New Business processes and policy servicing.
• Process customer mail and ensure cases move forward to issuance.
• Call carriers or transfer companies to keep cases progressing and issued timely.
• Back up Policy Services processing to ensure same-day review.
• Support other duties as assigned.
