Job summary

NetJets IP, LLC invites qualified pilots to join our team. The role entails safe operation of aircraft under FAA guidelines, in-flight service delivery, and impeccable passenger experience for NetJets Owners and guests.

Candidates must hold FAA ATP, First-Class Medical, and US work authorization, with extensive flight hours and multi-engine PIC experience. Complete duties include pre-flight briefings, weather updates, maintenance communications, and strict adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• 1,500 hours total flight time or 1,250 hours with university R-ATP certificate or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or 1,000 hours with university R-ATP certificate.
• 200 hours cross‑country (>50 nm).
• 250 hours fixed‑wing PIC.
• 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.
• 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in‑flight).
• ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training.
• 50 hours fixed‑wing, multi‑engine time.
• Current FAA First‑Class Medical certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
• Valid passport.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel without restriction.
• Must be able to pass TSA background screening and obtain badges.
• Must be able to travel internationally without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of the aircraft from taxi to landing per FAA guidelines and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service including handling of alcohol and catering.
• Load and stow baggage as required on the aircraft.
• Conduct flights for Owners with pets or those who smoke.
• Communicate maintenance abnormalities to MCC and complete related paperwork.
• Act as liaison for Owners/passengers from arrival to final destination.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on assignment.
