Job summary

FreedomDoc is recruiting physicians to practice in a concierge or direct primary care (DPC) model in Indiana. This role centers on wellness and preventative health, enabling a lifestyle-friendly practice with physician-led decision making.

Physicians will balance in-office care with virtual visits, using telemedicine and in-office dispensing to deliver convenient, patient-focused care. You’ll work in a subscription-based primary care setting with peer support and a clear, value-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Your panel will be limited to 500-600 patients.
• Visits will be 30 to 90 minutes with each patient.
• You will see 6-8 patients per day in office while treating others virtually.
• Your practice will utilize telemedicine, in-office dispensing, and other cutting edge technologies.
• You will care for your patients with time to get to know their history and family contexts.
• You will advocate for your patients and help them navigate the broader healthcare system.
