Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Ohio is seeking a Front Desk Concierge who welcomes residents, families, and visitors and helps create a warm, safe, and organized community experience.

You will greet guests, answer calls, support the Sales team, assist with move‑in preparations and marketing materials, maintain the front desk and Bistro, and help with recruitment and data entry. This role emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication.
