Job description

Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF), is seeking to employ a Primary Care Physician to join its Concierge Medicine Program in Palm Beach County. This unique opportunity offers physicians the ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while providing highly personalized care across both outpatient and inpatient settings. The program is supported by the extensive resources of Baptist Health, including Boca Raton Regional Hospital, Bethesda Hospital East, and Bethesda Hospital West, allowing physicians to deliver seamless care throughout the continuum.

• Requirements include MD/DO from an accredited institution, active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date), and satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing
• Candidates must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), or Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
• Residency training in ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med-Peds, or Preventive Medicine programs welcomed
• A minimum of five years of clinical experience required; ideal candidates will have experience in concierge medicine, executive health, direct primary care, or other relationship-based care models
• Additional fellowship training or subspecialty interest or experience welcomed but not required

• The practice focuses exclusively on adult patients and serves an engaged patient population seeking comprehensive preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness optimization, and coordinated specialty care
